Waitress was very slow and orders came out wrong.she was sweet though. The manager was very rude. Smarted off at two women in our party because there food was wrong and he basically told them to eat it like it was.i wouldn’t come back if they gave us a free dinner

Servers not wearing masks, salt & pepper shakers on tables, seemed all tables were open, previous menus being used. DO NOT GO THERE if you have covid 19 concerns - no protections practiced.

The waiter rushed me and my friends to order our food, got frustrated with us because we couldn’t understand him (because he wasn’t speaking English) and messed up our entire order when it came to paying for our meals and ended up overcharging all of us. Don’t just trust all the good reviews, I would recommend not eating here

I got a COCKROACH in my food last time I cane here. This place is disgusting and the manager is soooo rude. I wish this would let you share pictures because I have a picture of the cockroach in my food. NEVER eat here. The manager didnt even apologize at all and at first didnt offer to cover my food. Then she offered half off but I said I'm not paying for it. I'll never be back.

Terrible terrible terrible. Cockroach in my food, and not very clean. Told manager about issue and she seemed very non-chalant! The waitress was rude, other workers sitting at booths eating during business hours being loud cutting up very bad. Doesn't seem like a place that enjoys repeat business.

Got seated quickly. Salsa was awesome, food was decent. Meat didn't have much seasoning. Service was awful. Server walked by a half a dozen times without checking on us. Had to ask for refills and got a to go box from someone else.

Me and my brother went here after a long hot day of mountain biking and the food was really nice. They were also extremely attentive and politeness is a clear factor in what makes Acapulco's special. The reason I give them 5 stars, however, is because there were some STUNNINGLY attractive girls next to us and the one on the right really just made my day.

I have been eating at Acapulco’s since I was a very small child, the service is always top notch. Many times I am in a very large party when I eat here and the servers never fail to bring out the correct orders. Free cheese dip on Sunday with great deals on lunch specials makes economic sense for those on a budget. Best place to get Mexican cuisine in Auburn.

Food is good. First time we ate there, the cheese dip was cold even after sending it back twice but on next visit it was as it should be. All other items were quite good. Service was quick even when they were busy after the AU football game.

Was greeted promptly and walked to a table when I came in. My waiter was Marcelo and he created me warmly. The chips and salsa came quickly, followed by an order of cheese dip. The salsa was a disappointment and entirely void of flavor. I ordered the ribeye, with shrimp. The ribeye was cooked just right and tasted great. The shrimp were cooked just right as well and were the large size, which I appreciated from a Mexican place. All too often they are small. Overall, a good dinner!!

Great food. We had to wait a while for even chips and salsa. Our waiter didn't show up for 20 minutes after we sat down and then acted surprised after we told him we hadn't been helped. Our food took almost an hour after we ordered.

We had an excellent dining experience here yesterday! Our waitress was Sara and she treated us like family! They made us a special hot pepper sauce that was very unique and fresh! We will be back again when we come back to Auburn. Thanks and the margarita was great too!

I'm a regular. Lunch prices are awesome. Dinner too but just seem to make it there for lunch more. Service is fast and consistent. Having lived 20yrs in Texas with tons of amazing options, Acapulco's is some good Mexican comfort food for me. Some of the best salsa it town too.
